Conditions
1. Age Requirements: For groups B and C, renters must be at least 23 years old. For all other groups, renters must be at least 25 years old. A 23 year old minimum age requirement is applicable to all credit card holders.
2. Driver's License: The Athens Car Rental Agency requires that renters have an international or a European driver's license, held at least for one year.
3. Minimum Rental: Three days. Every additional hour is calculated at 1/6 of the daily rate.
4. Traffic Fines: Any traffic violations and expenses accumulated during the rental period, must be reported and settled by the client.
5. Insurance: Clients may obtain collision protection by purchasing a collision damage waiver for € 3.63 per day for car groups B and C, and € 6.05 per day for groups D, D1, E, E1, F, F1, F2, G and H. THIS INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN OUR RATES.
Without C.D.W. (Collission Damage Waiver), the renter's responsibility is:

Please note that with C.D.W., the deductible range is between 400.00€ to 1500.00€ depending on the selected category.
6. Personal Accident Insurance: an optional insurance, available for just € 1.47 per day and covers the renter and all passengers in the rented car with the following amounts: THIS INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN OUR RATES.

7. Any damage to the tires, the wheels, or the underside of the car is not covered by any insurance policy and is the responsibility of the renter.
8. Taxes: An 23% VAT is included in all rates.
9. Gasoline is the responsibility of the renter.
10. Delivery and Collection to/from:
• The Athens International Airport and the areas close to airport: 24 Hrs free of Charge.
• Athens and the Greater Athens Area: from € 20.00 to € 30.00 depending on the location.
• Outside Athens: Groups B and C at € 0.35 per km. Groups D, D1, E, E1, F, F1, F2, G and H at € 0.45 per km.
11. Outside the Greek Border Rentals: Unfortunately it is forbidden.
