Booking Procedure:
In order to make a reservation we require only by fax or e-mail your credit card information: CC number, full name on the card, & expiration date in order to guarantee your reservation.
Then we send you within maximum 24 hours a confirmation of your booking reservation.
When you are at Marble House we ask you to pay please in cash. For any further information pleasedo not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation policy:
Please be advised that we require the credit card information only to guarantee your reservation. When you are here, we ask that you pay please cash.
Should you be unable to keep your reservation we require ten (10) days, prior of the arrival date, notification of cancellation by e-mail, fax, or telephone.
In case of no show or notice within the period of 10 days your credit card will be charged for the first night only.
Kindly also note that all above rates are discounted. If you decide to shorten the length of your stay you notify us please (10) days before your arrival date in order not to loose your discount.
