The Minos Beach resort consists of 10 rooms, 2 suites and 120 bungalows, some of which enjoy views of the gardens filled with colourful bougainvillea, geraniums and hibiscus, whilst others have sea views. There are different categories of accommodation, such as VIP Bungalows Waterfront (that is, situated directly by the seawater's edge offering direct access to the sea) or VIP Bungalows Seafront (that is, situated on the first row from the water's edge), Hotels Suites Sea view (that is, situated in the main building), Bungalows Waterfront or Seafront (same situation as above) or Bungalows Suites (that is situated on the second row from the water's edge). |

The Greek tavern Terpsis is set in our beautiful gardens on the water's edge with its open air terrace 'floating' on the Mirabello Gulf. It is open every day for lunch and it specializes in the most traditional Cretan recipes. Once a week we organize here a Cretan Evening with a barbecue and traditional dancing. Overlooking the sea is our famous French restaurant La Bouillabaisse where guests can enjoy a romantic dinner by the water's edge. A member of the renowned 'Chaine des Rotisseurs' it is highly acclaimed for its quality gourmet cuisine, excellent presentation and attentive service. Enjoy delicious meals from our talented German chef who specializes in haute cuisine and superb fish dishes. |

 ur guests in the Sea Front and VIP Sea view Bungalows have exclusive use of their own VIP restaurant next to the swimming pool. All guests can have their Half Board either for dinner at the Ambrosia (an elegant restaurant in a romantic atmosphere) or Bacchus restaurant, according to their bookings, or for lunch at Terpsis restaurant. We also offer our half board guests an allowance towards an excellent meal at La Bouillabaisse as an option to their regular half board meal.At least, we should mentioned that there are two bars for your relaxation and enjoyment. The pool bar that serves snacks and ice-creams throughout the day and the main bar by the restaurant where guests can enjoy delicious cocktails. |
