Simplicity, freshness, fine ingredients (very often bought from mountain villages), unpretentious and yet meticulous presentation, impeccable and still effortless and smiling service are our constant guidelines.
Ammos bar-restaurant stays open all day long. We start early in the morning with a choice of 3 breakfast options and we continue serving till late into the night (the restaurant also caters for our guests at the pool and beach area).
