Once at the Southern part don’t miss to pop down to the small exotic islet of Elafonissos, which is separated from the opposite coast by a shallow channel only one meter deep; practically one can walk across.

Apart from the islet, the opposite coast is also fascinating; the cedar-tree wood and the dunes form an exotic landscape, a summer paradise.
