his fantastic villa is located at 780m altitude, 18km south
of Chora Sfakion and 17km north of Vrisses. It is an old restored
house situated in a small hill and from all the verandahs, the
swimming pool and barbecue areas, you can enjoy magnificent
views to the always-green Askyfou plateau and the surrounding
Mountains.
The villa is 200sqm, set in numerous levels and comfortable
to accommodate up to 11 people.
From the main gate of the building a few stone steps lead to
the first level where is 35-sqm swimming pool with plenty of
space for sun loungers, table and chairs.

stone steps lead to the main entrance and terrace of the house
with a dining table and chairs.

Jacuzzi bath and a screened off wc. |

small kitchen with a separate door to the terrace, equipped
with full cooker, old stone oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
and washing machine.
From the living/dining area two staircases lead to the upper
floors. The one to another bedroom with double bed and wc. The
other one to a third bedroom with double bed and a spacious
seating area with two comfortable sofa beds separated by a half
stone built wall. |

this seating area a door leads to a huge gallery bedroom, with
antique style bath, small kitchenette, tv, dining table, sofa,
and a big sun terrace. This whole area is connected to the rest
of the house but also has it’s own private entrance. There
are a couple of taverns and a small shop in the nearby village
1.5 km away, but more shops can be found in Vrisses, or Chora
Sfakion, or Georgioupolis 20km away. The accommodation is ideal
for people who wish to relax and to explore the south and west
side of the island. |
