Situated 37 kilometers far from Chania at the East, just off the Old National Road to Rethymnonn, western to the Georghioupolis' river, Kalyvaki is a nice sandy beach, which is rather not affected by the “meltemia” (northern summer winds). |

No facilities are available at the beach; accommodation and food can be found at the nearby resort of Georghioupolis. Access from Chania is possible by public bus, running regularly, taxi and rented or private car and motorbike. |
