ilot Beach hotel is situated in the western part of Crete, covering an area of 150 acres. It is built on the golden, sandy beach of Georgioupolis. It is located in the middle of an area of natural beauty, including large gardens surrounded by olive and avocado trees. A very beautiful 380 m long private sandy beach extend in front of the hotel and magnificent view to the sea, to the Lefka Ori (the White Mountains) and to the beautiful gardens and swimming pools.

he Hotel is only 1 km away from the beautiful fishermen’s village of Georgioupolis, famous for its picturesque, traditional, Cretan surroundings, 18 km away from Rethymno and 38 km from Chania. Both cities are accessible by bus, the bus stop being right in front of the hotel. The Hotel consists of one main building and different bungalow complexes of various types, which create a variety of neighborhoods. Its architectural style combines elements, which are mainly found in traditional Cretan villages and its construction is made from traditional Cretan materials such as wood and stone.

n the ground floor there is the reception and a large and comfortable pool-bar, a Lobby-bar with its magnificent sun-parlor overlooking the pool, a luxurious Lobby-Lounge, a Bridge room, a la Carte Pool Restaurant and a Self-Service Restaurant with pool view. On the ground floor you can also find a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath (Hamam), and a fully equipped fitness room the use of which is free. The hotel has also four outdoor pools and one of them is surrounded by sand. Near the sandy beach there is a children’s playground. Use of sun beds and umbrellas at the pools is also free.

n the first floor there is the main restaurant with the large sun-parlors and the panoramic view to the pool and the sea, a wine bar, a beauty salon and different shops. Below the reception room there are multifunctional meeting rooms, a mini market, the mini club along with the animation office and an arcade where there are also table games.An underground passage which unites the new part of the hotel with the old one which is situated on the beach. In a small building there is a bar with a large sun-parlor with view to the sea. There is a Greek tavern and a pool bar both of which are situated on the beach with wonderful sea view. A pool is also situated next to the beach. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are on charge.

	Superior Bungalows (Approximate 30 square meters): Spacious, comfortable and modern. They consist of a large bedroom with two beds, a marble bathroom/WC, a hair dryer, an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, two direct dial telephones, refrigerator, a safe deposit box on charge, a satellite TV, balcony or terrace. They all look into the pool.

Family bungalows (approximate 40 square meters): Consist of two rooms, a master bedroom, a second bedroom with ability to accommodate two more persons and a common bathroom with the same facilities as the Superior Bungalows.

Bungalows on the beach (approximate 26 square meters):
Spacious, comfortable and modern. They consist of a large bedroom with two beds, a bathroom/WC, hair dryer, an air-conditioning central system, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, a safe deposit box on charge, a satellite TV, balcony or terrace they are overlooking the sea either directly or on the side.

One Tennis court with quarts and a Street soccer field, of international standards, situated in the new part of the hotel and one Tennis court near the beach with Tartan, all of them with floodlights. Available is also a table tennis. There is a water sports station on the beach with surfing and sailing school, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran, water-ski, pedal, canoes, banana boat, and ringo all with charge. Beach Volley and a fully equipped Fitness Room are without charge.

Daily various animation programs in the morning and in the evening, like sport animation, beach games, pool games, Tournaments, guest shows, and one a week a Greek evening.
Children’s facilities: During the season there is a very entertaining program in the Mini Club for the children (4 - 12 years) in the morning and in the afternoon. Two children’s playrounds one on the beach and one by the pools, a children’s playroom. There is also the possibility for a baby-sitter on request and with charge.
