Tavronitis beach, Chania Crete |

19 kilometers far from Chania at the West, just off the Old National Road to Kissamos (Kastelli), it is found the beach of Tavronitis, a pebbly and shingly beach affected by the “meltemia” (northern summer winds). |

Well organised, it offers accommodation facilities, food and drink and facilities for swimming and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas, sea sports etc). Access is possible by public bus running regularly and taxi from Chania, as well as by private and rented car and motorbikes. |
