Tersanas beach, Chania Crete |

13 kilometers far from Chania at the Northeast, at the opposite coast of the bay where it is situated Kalathas, it is located the beach of Tersanas. Being within a small cove and facing to the south, this small sandy beach is not affected by the “meltemia” (northern summer winds). |

Accommodation facilities are not available in Tersanas; a few taverns and cafes offer food and cold drinks; sun beds are also available. Access from Chania is possible by public bus, with regular service, taxi and rented or private car and motorbike. |
