Situated over 72 kilometers far from Chania at the South, Vritomartis is a beach with pebbles, a few minutes drive far from Chora Sfakion. The beach is affected by the southern winds, and, as it is remote enough, it is popular to nudists.

Less organised, it offers some accommodation facilities and facilities for a snack and a cold drink.

Access from Chania is possible by bus, till Chora Sfakion, as well as by rented or private car or motorbike.
