Our place is located by Stavros beach that became famous and known across the world in 1964 when Anthony Quinn portrayed legendary Alexis Zorbas (known as Zorbas the Greek) in the film of the same name. The well known, iconic film sees Alexis Zorbas instructing the tradition Greek dance "syrtaki".

Conveniently located 11 km from the airport and only 13 km from Chania city, Zorbas hotel offers the ideal combination of accessibility and tranquillity.The hotel also offers exceptional views and natural attractions, including clean, well maintained scenic beaches and great panoramic view to impressive mountains across.

Set right on the beachfront, it is surrounded by an unspoilt natural area which protects it from the city's noise and crowds.

Welcome to our beach villas

Hotel Zorbas consists of 37 studios and 16 apartments, that are level with the ground and have a private entrance. They are situated by the sandy beach, most of them offering panoramic sea and mountain views and designed in the traditional Cretan style with big verandas.

The apartments also have a fireplace in the living room which is used during the winter. Firewood is available during the winter period from our stuff.

All of the rooms offer privacy and are within one or two minutes from a sandy beach, clean and safe for children. The beach is equipped with free sun-beds and umbrellas and it is perfect for water sports. There are also some others rocky and sandy beaches just a second stroll from the rooms.

The impressive outdoor swimming pool and surrounding deck area are about 1000 sq.m. There are deck chairs and umbrellas where guests can enjoy the sunshine.

Pool snack bar kitchen promises unique gastronomic pleasures andserves excellent home made traditional local dishes, breakfast, snacks and drinks.The deck area of the swimming pool gives the opportunity to spent fantastic evenings watching dusk fall over the Cretan Sea.
