The sandy beach of Aghia Fotia (meaning “St. Fire”! in Greek) is found 45 kilometers far from Aghios Nicolaos at the Southeast and 12 kilometers eastern to Ierapetra, in front of the homonymous settlement at the exit of a valley, well protected from the winds blowing in the area.
