Two rooms are at ground level, the entrance is equipped with a permanent ramp for wheel-chairers to access their accommodation without assistance.
The house is located about 100m outside the village of Plakias on the way to 'Souda Beach'.
By foot it's only a few minutes to go to the centre while passing tavernas, shops and the tiny harbour of Plakias.

o matter while having a glass of wine at sunset or waking up by the sun's light in the morning, the sound of the sea will be with you, coming gently from the background.

ight opposite the entrance there's the beach, fortunately with only few sunbeds so there is enough space to move around freely.

he beach next to the accommodation is rather rocky which allows to jump over the sea without getting one's feet wet, the other half of it offers much space to swim. A small mooring was built for a cockle shell.
