The houses consist of six apartments for 2-4 or rather 5 persons, each with separate bedrooms, bathrooms with shower & WC, completely furnished kitchens, living rooms with Sat TV as well as generous terraces or balconies. From there you have an incomparable view over the garden down on the entire bay of Plakias. All apartments provide central heating (calorifier) and a/c, which can be used independently.

A short walk of approximately three minutes leads you down into the pictorial mountain village of Mirthios, underneath the impressing Kotsifou ravine. Beside some recommendable taverns with their panorama terraces there are also two Kafenions/Mini Markets with a small offer of food and beverages as well as souvenir shops with Cretan arts & crafts.
Plakias and the sea with its long and sandy beach can be attained after a short walk of about 15 minutes. The way leads down the mountain by numerous olive groves. By car the distance is scarcely 3 km over the asphalted road down to Plakias. There you find all convenience goods, many tourist facilities, in addition a doctor and a pharmacy.

In the fully equipped kitchen line of VILLA STELLA you find a toast maker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a water digester as well as sink, refrigerator, electric kitchen stove with oven and extractor hood. In addition for the case of emergency a fire extinguisher. Above all, there is a bed sofa in each living room, which can be used as additional sleeping accommodation. Baby beds are available too if required. Our service includes: daily cleaning & fresh towels, two times a week general cleaning & change of linen. A further (family-) apartment with two bedrooms offers place for 4-5 persons. We also offer studios in the village of Mirthios,  with a floor space of 25 sqm, provided with kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view.

Beside the modern furnished apartments the outside facilities - well shaped by the owners Stella and Michalis Velonaki - are a feast for the eyes. Bright colours and a decorated floridity are forming a delightful contrast to the Mediterranean blue and white of the buildings. Nearly like a blister the houses are placed on the slope above Mirthios. Off course we give a hand to you upon renting a car (incl. airport service) at favourable rates.
