his small villa is an attractive old restored house, which can
be found in the heart of the Mountain village Maroulas 6km
southeast of Rethymno town. The village is well known since
the Venetian period with many old houses and towers and is also
ideal for people who enjoy daily walks as its surrounded by
green olive groves and mountain paths.
The house is restored without changing at all the original shape
and is still arranged on three floors. The entrance of the house
leads into a small but well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer,
electric cooker, table with chairs, stone built fireplace and
sofa.

few steps down is the dining/living room of the house with a
comfortable sofa which can be converted into a double bed,
a large dining table, TV, CD and DVD player. From there
a spiral staircase leads to the upper floors. In the first floor
is the shower/wc room, another double sofa bed, air-condition
and the roof terrace with beautiful views to the surrounding
mountains, and the village. The spiral staircase continues
to a gallery bedroom with a double bed. |

is a small village, you can still find a couple of taverns,
typical Greek cafes and a super market close by. The villa has
it’s own private swimming pool and the beach is approximately
3km from the house.
