mpelos Resort is located at the edge of the village Hora, next to the
grazing lambs and the vines climbing the olive trees. We are an 8 min walk
from the center of Hora, with its shaded plazas and colorful tavern
atmosphere.
Ampelos Resort is a village in itself with its old farmhouse with rough stonewalls, a little plaza with a theater built on an old threshing place and an infinity swimming pool - the whole area is surrounded by a green slate patio, pergolas, vines and flowers. However, you may be distracted by the beautiful view over the medieval village of Hora. Around the plaza you will find 10 whitewashed rooms that have been designed as their own little village house. There is also a common room and reception with a bar next to the proprietors villa. |

you will need. All rooms have a queen size bed and some also include a
single bed/sofa.
Each room includes a bar area with refrigerator and basic kitchen outfit, marble table with farm-style chairs, vanity with an old fashioned mirror, direct-dial telephone, television and air conditioner. In front of each room a balcony offers breathtaking views of the white village of Hora and the mountain monastery Panagia. Many rooms also have a view of the Aegean Sea and Islands. But come visit us yourself - and enjoy the Folegandros Experience. |
