CONFIRMATION POLICY
To secure the accommodation, a deposit amount equal to 35% of the total stay is required as a guarantee of the reservation and full payment before the client’s departure. This amount can be deducted from all major credit cards (in this case a hotel’s credit card authorization form has to be filled In and send by fax),or down payment should be placed to the following bank accounts:

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation we will require notification in written 21 days / High & Peak Season, 14 / Middle Season, 7 days / Low Season, prior to the scheduled arrival date; otherwise the deposit amount will be retained in respect of our Cancellation fee.
For No-show or non scheduled departure- 50%of the entire remaining stay will be charged.
The above –mentioned cancellation policy is according to the Greek Low No503007/176 Article 3.
