Message in a bottle ... for Folegandros Island

Folegandros is situated in the Southern Cyclades. It is a small island and measures 13 Km long and 4Km wide.
Its numerous small beaches can be reached by car by local bus service, by foot or by little fishing boats departing daily from the port.
The main road leading from the Karavostassis Port to Chora and Ano Meria is shorter than 10 Kms. The island offers an under water paradise for the divers
Connections with Piraeus and other islands.
- By ferry-boat from Piraeus daily in summer and 3/4 times a week during the low season (duration of voyage approximately 9 hours.)
- By ferry-boat from Santorini, Ios, Milos, Paros and Naxos. These islands are connected to Athens daily by Olympic Airways flights.
- Also connections and daily excusrsions to the neighbouring islands of Sikinos and Ios (duration of voyage approximately 1 hour).
What to see
- There are two traditional old villages Chora nad Ano Meria, with little white houses in local architecture, numerous churches, one Folklore Museum, etc.

Food and Entertainment
