Confirmation policy
To secure the accommodation, a deposit amount equal to 35% of the total stay is required as a guarantee of the reservation and full payment before the client’s departure. This amount can be deducted from all major credit cards (in this case a hotel’s credit card authorization form has to be filled in and send by fax), or down payment should be placed to one of the following bank accounts: Alpha Bank Greece IBAN: GR90 0140 1700 1700 0231 0014 057 National Bank of Greece IBAN: GR16 0110 0510 0000 0517 4461 953

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation we will require notification in written 21 days-High and Peak Season, 14 days- Middle and 7 days Low Season, prior to the scheduled arrival date, otherwise the deposit amount will be retained in respect of our Cancellation fee.
In case of non-show or departure before the scheduled time, 50% of the entire remaining stay will be charged.
The above mentioned cancellation policy is in accordance with the Greek Law No:503007/76 Article 3.
