The settlement of Livadi is an old, agricultural settlement, with only few permanent residents now. It is situated within a lowland area at the Southeast of the town of Folegandros. The settlement is connected with the homonymous beach via a good dirt road and from there with Karavostassi(s) via the coastal sealed road.
