| Among southern Cyclades stands Milos, a geological museum with abundant interesting rocks fascinating rock formations which make up an impressive landscape. The history of the island is equally impressive with the left-overs of obsidian, the prehistoric site of Phylakopi, the ancient theater, the Early Christian catacombs, the medieval castle and numerous churches and museums. Lots of lovely beaches with crystal clear sea, the high level tourist facilities and the good transport make Milos the place to be at least once.
