Aqua e Sole Restaurant is offering a great poolside location and serves light meals and beverages, which include fine island salads and light lunches featuring fresh seafood, as well as an abundance of grilled specialties.

ool Bar: Located next to the pool, under the same wooden pergola with the Aqua e Sole Restaurant, it is the perfect spot for sipping smoothing cocktails that delight your senses. Pool Bar is open from 10:00 till 20:00 and up to 0:00 during June - September.

Azzuro bar: Bathed in natural daylight is the hotel’s prime meeting point, which extends out onto an open terrace with a telescope to observe panoramic views of the bay. Discreetly located in the main building, the intimate Azzuro bar provides a sizzling ambiance tempered by cool breezes. A wide selection of malt whiskies and fine Cuban cigars is offered by the knowledgeable bartender.

Pool Deck :

During the afternoon, the wooden deck - an imitation of a luxury yacht with teak flooring and an iron bulwark around it - is transformed in to a hit lounge area with daybeds and pillows to enjoy the glorious sunset. Sip your favourite champagne and nibble on canapes while enjoying the sunset

The large 500 sqm sea water pool features private conversation areas interspersed through the expansive deck.

It is approximately 35 meters long, and 2.5 meters deep at its deepest. Pool attendants cater to guests' needs with towels and cooling amenities.

The outdoor hot tub is located a level below the pool area, to offer the perfect setting for rare moments of romance and tranquility. Feel the warm sand on your toes, sunbathe and swim at the hotel’s beach also known as the Shirley Valentine beach, named after the English movie.

The Althea Spa Center is located opposite to the sacred island of Delos, one of the sunniest areas in the world. Due to the increased sunshine, it is a place of high concentration of cosmic energy and according to Greek Mythology god Apollo was born there.
