Windmills Travel & Tourism is a full service Inbound Tour Operator established in 1979 on the Cycladic island of Tinos. Based on our steady growth, we branched out to the island of Mykonos, which became the base of our operations in 1991; and have over the years pioneered ourselves as one of the leaders in the Cycladic market. Three years ago, we opened our Athens Office, so that we could offer full service to Tour Operators for land arrangements and also mainland service to our incoming and outgoing individual clientele. Day 6-7: Two full days at leisure to enjoy one of the most romantic islands of the world. The main town, Fira, is a bustling place which invites everyone to shop, stroll though its streets, or enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants overlooking the volcanic site.You may also visit the site of Akrotiri, an ancient city covered by lava during ancient times. Oia, the traditional village with the famous sunset, is an essential visit no one should miss. Day 8: After breakfast, meet our representative and transfer to Santorini (air)port for your flight/boat trip back to Athens. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel in Athens. Rest of the day at leisure. Day 9: After breakfast, meet our representative and transfer to Athens International Airport for your departure.

Here you have three fabulous nights on Mykonos combined with an excellent four-day cruise of the Greek Islands and Turkey. Your floating hotel takes you to the outstanding destinations of eastern and southern Greece, with plenty of time for relaxation, exploration, and shopping. You'll have visits to the islands of Patmos and Rhodes, with outstanding excursions available at both, and the call at Kusadasi offers you an opporunity to either visit the incredible site of Ephesus, or do some marvelous shopping in the Turkish bazaar. Day 1: Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Balance of day at leisure. Day 2: Morning Athens sightseeing tour, including the breathtaking Acropolis and its Museum. Rest of the day at leisure. Day 3: In the morning, transfer to Piraeus port for your trip to Mykonos. Arrival, disembarkation and transfer to your selected hotel on Mykonos. Day 4-5: Days at your leisure on Mykonos, the international "jet-set" spot, to enjoy the sun, the wonderful sandy beaches, as well as the incredible nightlife. Day 6: Morning free on the island and afternoon transfer to the port in order to embark on the cruise ship and start your 4-day cruise to the Greek Islands & Turkey.

Day 7: First port-of-call is the Turkish port of Kusadasi, with the option to visit Ephesus, one of the most complete ancient cities ever excavated. Then on to the island of Patmos, where participating in the optional tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Monastery & the Grotto of St. John, where he lived and recorded the Book of Revelation. Day 8: Early morning call at the magnificent island of the roses. Participating in one of the optional tours, you can visit the medieval city and the famous Acropolis of Lindos. Day 9: First port-of-call is the Cretan port of Heraklio. Take the opportunity to participate in the optional tour to the Palace of Knossos, to visit the center of the Minoan Civilization. Continue in the afternoon to the most breathtaking island, Santorini, believed by many to be the lost continent of Atlantis. Day 10: After breakfast onboard, disembarkation & transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Delos, the Sacred Island of Antiquity. The Birthplace of Apollo. The entire island, all 5 square kilometers, is an archaeological monument. Remains of temples, holy places, houses, and settlements dating back from the Neolithic to the Roman periods. There is no place in the world where one will not find photographs of the Lion Terrace, with its unique marble Lions. The indoor Archaeological Museum is one of the best in the country. In fact, the site is so full and rich with antiquities that multiple visits are quite common. Only a short boat ride away, and history awaits you. A must for all visitors. All tours guided in the language of your choice (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish), and the tours are usually monolingual.
