Four (4) newly built single houses in an area of 6000m² surrounded by olive trees, vine yards and vegetable gardens make your accommodation more Mediterranean and relaxing.

Each house is 50m2 or 60m2 consists of two bedrooms with A/C,fully equipped kitchen with living room, satTV ,bathroom and big verandas overlooking the sea. An extra person can be accommodated in each house upon request.

Martsello Villas are suitable for families as well as for couples who wish to enjoy their vacations away from the crowded and typical tourist style.

The sandy beach of Martsello is located only at 8 minutes walking distance from the villas, where you can enjoy your swimming in the clear water and the magnificent view of the capital.

The distance from Parikia is 3.5 kilometers. You can reach the town by renting a car or a scooter or by taxi, as well as with the local fishing boats that come and go the distance from 10:00 a.m. until 19:00 p.m. in less then 5 minutes.

Villa Nikos is a two bedroom house with A/C ,fully equipped kitchen and big living room ,set in its own garden with view to the channel between Paros and Antiparos. Built in a sparsely inhabited, rural area of Paros, just 1.5 kilometers from the quiet sandy beach Voutakos, 9 kilometers from the capital Parikia and close to the Pounta WINDSURF AND KITEBOARD CLUB!!! Pension Chaniotis is a small family run pension that has 8 double rooms and its own garden in one of the quietest areas of Parikia. Each room has its own bathroom, TV, A/C, fridge and balcony. The distance is 15 minute walk from the port and 5 minute walk from the beach Livadia where you can find restaurants, café-bar, bakery and mini market.
