Piso Livadi, Paros Island |
The scenic coastal settlement of Pisso Livadi, a coastal summer and tourist resort, is situated at a distance of 18 kilometers southeastern to the town of Paros (Paroikia), at the eastern coast of the island. It counts less than 100 permanent residents. The small picturesque port of the settlement is the departure point of excursion boats and small ferries which connect Paros with Antiparos, Naxos, Ios and the small islands of the Eastern Cyclades. |

The settlement and the area around offer several alternatives for accommodation. You will enjoy local dishes and nice food in the restaurants and taverns of the village. Once at Pisso Livadi you may visit the small church of Aghios Nicolaos and enjoy the nice sea view and the view of the strait between Paros and Naxos. At a short distance from the settlement, within a thick cluster of pine trees, you may see the Monastery of Panaghia Xehoriani. You will enjoy swimming at the nice and scenic beach in front of the village. |

For any problem, the corresponding services of the town of Paros, some 18 kilometers northwestern to Pisso Livadi, are available for you. Access to the village from the town of Paros is easy by rented or private car and motorbikes. There is also access to from other islands of Cyclades, by the excursion boats and small ferries. If you come here by private or rented boat, the port of the settlement is suitable for mooring. |
