Persons who book rooms & do not use, either in part or in full the request accommodation are compelled by Greek law to pay 50% of the agreed rate for the unused portion of the booking if, however the client cancel the booking at least 21 days before his or her arrival. Law (N 1652/86 FEK167 A).
