Where the beauty of the Aegean Sea meets with the magnificent view of Santorini, we have created a unique complex of Studios, Suites and Apartments, Nomikos Villas.

Nomikos Villas consists of 15 rooms overlooking caldera rocks. It is located at Firostefani, only 1km away from Fira town -on foot- Firostefani is a blessed and peaceful village with panoramic view of the volcano.

The beautiful villas of Nomikos recently have been renovated to provide unforgettable vacation to our guests, offering all the modern facilities, spectacular view and of course the world famous "Magic Sunset".

The villas are able to accommodate 2, 4 or 6 persons.

We offer 6 rooms at the swimming pool area and 9 rooms with private balcony available to satisfy any request.
Our Facilities

Nomikos Villas follow the Cycladic style -traditional caves- and the Villas are traditionally furnished. Our facilities include:
