Notes & Conditions:
Minimum stay 5 days in high season
For a week stay there will be 10% discount on listed rates. For 2 weeks stay 10% & for monthly stays 15%
Check in time is at 14:00 & Check out at 12:00. Transfers upon request on a 20, 00 euro one way.
Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed arrival date on low & middle season and 21 days during high season. Any cancellation made within 14 days during low and middle season or 21 during high season, before arrival date, results the 50% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
Reservation confirmation: A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and deposit of 30% for low and middle and 50% for high season based on the total amount of the entire stay.
