Method of Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the reservation cost is to be paid upon confirmation either into a bank account we provide you with or by credit card.
- Full payment must be received ten (10) days before the guest's arrival otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled and there will be no refund of the deposit.
Method of Cancellation:
- No charge if canceled 20 days before arrival
- 50% charge if canceled 10 days before arrival
- Full charge of the whole reservation if canceled 8 days or less before arrival.
Other Information - Transfers:
From the Airport to Altana 20 Euro per taxi (one way).
From the Port to Altana 20 Euro per taxi (one way).
