Additional information concerning our rates:
The rates include continental breakfast and taxes.
The rates apply for the 2009 summer season starting from April 1st - October 31st.
Accommodating additional persons/studio: all studios are fully equipped to accommodate 2 persons.
Visitors interested in a hosting a third person in the studio may do so with an added charge of 20% on the posted rate. The third person will be accommodated on a sofa bed.
A fourth person may also be hosted at an additional charge of 20% on the three person's rate. The fourth guest will be accommodated on a folding bed. All studios are not advised for use by 4 persons.
Children: Families traveling with children must take into consideration that our location, though ideal for adults (given the tranquility and serenity of the area), may not be ideal for those under the age of 15.
A reservation is finalized only after a down payment has been made equaling 50% the total cost of the visit. The deposit and guarantee for the reservation, must be made only via credit card. If there are any special circumstances where the visitor may not have a credit card available please contact us (via e-mail or phone) so that special arrangements may be made to accommodate you. |
