The prices are per night, including special continental breakfast and all taxes.

Since the Esperas is well known as a special retreat for couples looking for serenity & romance, and due to the fact that the hotel is located at the caldera (on the cliff), children under the age of 12 years old are discouraged.

Conditions
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. The deposit is fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled earlier than 21 prior to arrival.

Any cancellation made within:
15 - 20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged
7 - 14 days before arrival 75% of the stay will be charged
1 - 6 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged

Non-show or departure prior to original departure date results in 100% charge of the stay.

Rates include Special Continental Breakfast.
Wine is offered complimentary upon arrival.

The Esperas offers discounted rates to all individual clients for any reservation made before 31st of December.

	Directions:
	From the airport or the Port, follow the directions to Fira and from Fira directions to Oia. As soon as you arrive in Oia village you will have to follow the main road, which means that you will pass the central square (on your left hand side).
	Then follow the main road completely till the end of the village. At this point you will have to turn to the right, towards Amoudi village. In the beginning of this road you will see on your left hand side a small sign "Kyklos" which is the parking spot that we use.
