Our houses are ideal for complete RELAXATION, in a unique and quiet environment. We are situated in a private area on the Caldera (Cliffside), about 50 m. below the Agios Georgios Church, wherefrom the main walking-path off Oia starts, with the shops and restaurants. Our verandas are 300 m. above the sea level, with breathless view over the Volcano, Caldera and Aegean sea.

Each Suite has separate bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, marble bathroom, all furnished in a classical and local style, warmly decorated with local art-work and paintings. Every Suite has its own very spacious veranda (biggest possible), all with the spectacular view of the Caldera, sea and volcano.

Leandros plot with the traditional cave houses, has been family residence since 1896. His family over the decades, have been ship-owners and captains. In the old days, with their wooden boats sailing an trading from Oia to Alexandria, Malta and other places.

Our houses and view were chosen by the American ABC TV channel, to make there advertisement spot, for the Olympic Games. With the presence of the American Olympic Gold-Metal winners, they made their advertisement spot, in their effort to promote the Olympic Spirit around the World.
