This is a small stone and wood house
located in the center of the island, in the agricultural outskirts
of the traditional village of Apollonia, 900
meters from the town center and 5 km from the nearest beach.
This traditional old cottage has stone floors and timber ceilings,
built over 100 years ago and is a prime
example of Cycladic architecture with rounded walls,
a fireplace and decorative nooks and crannies built into the
walls.
The kitchen has two burners, a fridge, sink, oven and kitchen
table. The bathroom is located off the kitchen. In a slightly
separate building is the main bedroom with a salon attached
to it with a single bed and sitting chairs. Through an outdoor
passage is another small bedroom with a single bed.
The grounds are large with a panoramic view of the valley. Within
the grounds is one the many ancient stone towers of Sifnos,
plus two areas for sitting and enjoying the sunset, or having
your meals. |

An independent exquisite house built in 2005 in a traditional style, located directly on the waterfront of Platy Yialos beach. The veranda of the house is directly on the beach. The marvellous quality of this house in conjunction with its location makes it an ideal vacation home. The decor and furniture are superb with built-in living room furniture, very tasteful and comfortable. The veranda is equipped with tables and chairs as well as chaise lounges. The ground floor is inlaid with traditional flagstones, the upper floor is wooden. All the house rooms have air-conditioning; there is one TV in the living room and another in the main bedroom. There are also two washing machines, one for clothes and one for dishes.
Glaros House is built on 3 levels. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with dining area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a veranda with panoramic view of the sea, the beach and bay of Platy Yialos. An interior wooden staircase leads to the upper floor on which there is the main bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 built-in sofa beds, built in an " L " shape, one more bathroom and a balcony (accessible from the main bedroom) offering the same panoramic views as the ground floor veranda. An exterior staircase (from the veranda) leads to the house's underground level - the house basement, in which there is one more bedroom with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The basement is also air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and has its own individual entrance. It is ideal for children privacy or for one's support personnel. The sea side tavernas and bars, the shops and bus stop of Platy Yialos are all nearby. |

A detached house
consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
(one with a marble bathtub, the other with a marble-tiled shower),
large living room, fireplace, TV, telephone, dining room, equipped
kitchen and washing machine. There is a traditional baking oven
inside the house next to the living room and wood for fuel is available.
It has a large terrace with stone-tables and a smaller covered porch
adjacent to the kitchen. The terrace borders a small garden
and from the terrace one can enjoy the view of the surrounding
scenery and the sea in the distance.
All the furniture and decorative aspects have been chosen piece
by piece and are mostly hand-made. This villa is a rare and excellent
example of Cycladic and Sifnian architecture with superb decorative
taste in all its elements.
Truly unique, traditional and at the same time luxurious, the Villa
was built in 1860 and was completely restored in 1992, highlighting
its traditional architectural wealth and simultaneously incorporating
all the necessary modern facilities to ensure a
comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A detached house built in 1880 and renovated
in 1998, located in Artemonas, an architecturally
beautiful and traditional community, 300 meters from the village
center with its restaurants, shops and bus stop plus 6 km from
the nearest beach. Accessible by pedestrian footpath or scooter
as there are no roads for cars in the old village.
Anna House is a traditional and original
house with charm and beauty, possessing wooden floors and ceilings
and antique island furniture. It consists of 2 bedrooms, an
equipped kitchen, a very large living room with TV and two sofas
(one a sofa bed) plus a dining room.
There are spacious terraces with inlaid stone that surround
the house and peaceful views of the surrounding village and
countryside. |

Located in Platy Yialos, just 150 m. from the long sandy beach,
Pelagos House is a modern detached house surrounded by olive groves and gardens, set in a very tranquil area ideal for relaxing, yet near to the cosmopolitan beach of Platy Yialos.
The house was built in 1999, originally for private use, and has 2 bedrooms (one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds), a living room with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine for clothes, a dining table, one bathroom and one WC. The property has large verandas surrounded by olive groves.
All the rooms have air-conditioning and additional electric fans. The large living room has a TV and the verandas are equipped with table and chairs for up to 6 persons. A very comfortable and spacious house with private parking space, set in its own gardens. The sea side tavernas and shops of Platy Yialos, together with the bus stop, are all located nearby. |

A traditional
detached Sifnian house located in the very tranquil neighborhood of Katavati, a suburb of the islands main town
- Apollonia, the central square of which is 300 meters away through
the flagstone footpaths.
Tazartes house is accessible by pedestrian footpath
or scooter only as there are no roads for cars in the old village. The nearest road is 300 m. away.
Built about a century ago, the house has 2 floors; on the ground
floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large
living room with a sofa bed. There is also a terrace with grapevine-covered
pergola. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and
the other with 2 bunk beds. There is another living room with a
sofa bed and large a veranda with panoramic view of all the villages
and the sea in the distance. Tazartes house is also equipped with
its own washing machine. |
