From our verandas one can can enjoy the magnificent sunsets as the sun dips into the the Aegean Sea.

Alkyonis Villas offers 13 studios and apartments all with large individual verandas offering a panoramic view of the sea, the whole bay and the sunset, all equipped with air-conditioning, TV and telephone.

he studios (45m²) consist of a bedroom with twin built in beds semi-detached from a living room with 2 sofa-beds, an equipped kitchen, and a veranda.

The standard apartments (55m²) have a completely separate bedroom with built double beds and a living room.

In the living room there are 2 built sofa-beds. There is an equipped kitchenette and a veranda.

he superior apartment (80m²) is at the top floor of the building, the "penthouse" of Alkyonis Villas, exclusively designed and decorated, surrounded by a large private veranda with panoramic sea views and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a matrimonial bed an one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a large equipped kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofa-beds, and a fire place.
