Apokoftou beach, Sifnos Island |

The small sandy beach of Apokofto or Apokoftou is situated within the small cove formed by the peninsula of Chryssopege, at the southern coast of the island. The beach is found at a distance of 8 kilometers southeastern to Apollonia. Accommodation facilities are available in the area around. The beach has only two small taverns at the sea front, where you may enjoy nice meals by the sea. |

The beach, some 100 meters long, is sandy, with pebbles at spots. It is generally quiet and suitable for relaxing. In case of emergence you may address to the corresponding services of Apollonia, some 8 kilometers to the Northwest. Access from Kamares and Apollonia is possible by rented or private car and motorbikes. |
