Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.

Cancellation Policy:
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 20 days of your confirmed arrival date.
For cancellation between 10 to 19 days results in a charge of 50% of the cost of the stay.
For cancellation between 1 to 9 days results in charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
No show or departure prior to the schedule day results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
In case you do not inform us on the cancellation or in case you leave before the stated date the unit shall get a reimbursement of an extra 100% on the total stay cost.
