Well protected from the northern summer winds, this lovely beach, one of the most famous of the island, has safe and calm sea and is rather well organized, offering sufficient facilities. No accommodation facilities are available at the beach, but it is for swimming, sunbathing and sea sports within a beautiful landscape that you will choose it. Eating is not a problem here; a few taverns at the sea front offer gorgeous fresh fish and a variety of local dishes. |

For any problem the corresponding services of Hermoupolis (11 kilometers to the Southeast) are available for you. Access to the beach from Kini is easy enough via a good dirt track and only by private means. You can also get there by one of the excursion boats departing from Kini, or even on foot via an easy foot path; it will take you some 20 minutes to arrive to the beach. If you choose walking you will have the additional advantage of an excellent view throughout your route. |
