Hermoupolis has several nice beaches with clean sea. They are very close to one another and usually they don’t have umbrellas and sun beds for the swimmers.
Kymata
The small beach of Kymata (meaning “waves” in Greek) is a beach with fine pebbles, situated in front of Kanaris square, close to the port.
As it is found in the town, all facilities (accommodation, shopping etc) are available for you. It is a very good alternative for a quick dive, after you have finished your strolling about or before having your lunch in one of the taverns of the town.

Beach of Agios Nikolaos
The small beach of Aghios Nicolaos is situated just below the homonymous church to which it owes its name. It is a pebbly beach with sandy spots.

The pebbly beach of Talliro is situated in front of the famous quarter of Vaporia, at a short distance from the center of Hermoupolis; it is found beside the beach of Vangelides.
Since the beach is found within the town, all facilities are available for you; it is a perfect choice for those wishing to enjoy a nice swimming without leaving the town.

Beach of Vangelides
The pebbly beach of Vangelides is situated beside the beach of Talliro, at the famous quarter of Vaporia, very close to the port.
