The well organized beach of Megali Amoopι, or Votsalakia, as it is better known due to the fine pebbles, is the by far the most popular beach of the island, for all ages of visitors. It is situated at a distance of 6 kilometers southern to Pigadia, in front of the homonymous settlement.
