| Kastellorizo, the most remote Greek island situated eastern to Rhodes and officially called Megisti, is the place to be for the fans of calmness and of walking. Although quite small, it has a lot to see: Palaiokastro, a museum with interesting finds, traditional buildings, old mansions. Strolling about the narrow streets and enjoying ouzo and delicacies at the scenic port is certainly a must. Kastellorizo is very close to the coasts of Asia Minor and is accessible by ship and plane from Rhodes. |
