| Description of fire safety & security: All the public areas of the main building have electrical detectors combined with fire alarms and sounders, sprinklers and fire extinguishers. All are regularly tested. Each corridor has two stairways. One in the middle of each corridor used by the guests and one at the end of the corridor used as an emergency exit. All large expanses of glass have stickers. The property has liability insurance and extends periodically its fire safety certificate. |

   Standard rooms are double, upon request with single use, baby cots inclusive upon request, daily maid service, linen are changed 3 times per week and towels daily. Laundry service with charge. All rooms have a bath/shower/WC, balcony/terrace, air condition & central heating, hair dryer, piped music, 230V/50Hz, telephone (charge), mini bar (charge), electronic safe (charge) and satellite TV. In the main building there are 60 rooms of which 18 have mountain view and 42 sea view. 122 rooms are bungalows of which 12 have garden view and 110 have sea view. |
