The beach of Kallithea is situated at a distance of some 11 kilometers southern to the town of Rhodes and some 7 kilometers eastern to the picturesque village of Koskinou. The old constructions of the spa, going back to the period of the Italian domination, the impressive exotic vegetation and the palm trees, along with the rocky coast, form an excellent scenery–like landscape.

Situated very close to the town of Rhodes, with nice sea, the beach offers several alternatives for accommodation, eating, amusement and shopping, both in the area around and in the capital town of Rhodes. The rocky cove has nice sea and fascinate seabed, ideal for underwater activities. The beach is well organized with umbrellas, sun beds, shower and cabanas. At the entrance of the beach there is a card-operated phone and a cantina for refreshments and snacks.

If you wish to wander around in the area, you may visit the nearby traditional village of Koskinou, some 7 kilometers western to the beach.
