The sandy and partly pebbly beach of Ialyssos is very well organized and the sea is clean and crystal clear. Every year several local, Panhellenic and European Champions of windsurfing are organized here. Moreover, in 2007 the World Champion of Windsurfing has been organized in Ialyssos.
