Benitses beach, Corfu Island |
| Benitses beach, located in front of the homonymous usually crowded tourist resort, is a beautiful sandy and partly pebbly beach. The beach is awarded a blue flag and is situated at a distance of 12 kilometers southern to the town of Corfu. The beach of Benitses is organized and offers sea sport facilities. |

Access to the beach from the capital (Corfu 12 kilometers far away) is easy by public buses (the blue ones), by taxi and by rented or private car and motorbikes. In addition to the taxis from the town of Corfu, local taxis are available. The small safe port of the settlement offers facilities for mooring to small yachts and boats. |
