The apartments are cleaned twice a week, towels replaced three times a week and linen replaced twice a week. Throughout its areas the biuilding adheres to high cleaning standards under the supervision of the owners.

Green Hill's maximum capacity is 18-32 persons and include:

One apartment with two bedrooms. (4-6 Persons, 60 m²)
Five apartments with one bedroom. (2-4 Persons, 40 m²)
