Ermones Beach, Corfu |
| The sandy (with small pebbles at parts) beach of Ermones is a well organized beach, with sea that deepens steeply, in front of the homonymous small tourist resort, at a distance of 18 kilometers Western to the town of Corfu. The beach has been awarded a blue flag. |

| Food is tasteful in the sea front taverns, where you will find fresh fish and local dishes. And, you will have your lunch or dinner at the same beach where, according to Homer, Nausica had first met Ulysses, when shipwrecked on the island. A small diving center, both for beginners and experts, is available at Ermones. Access from the capital (Corfu, 18 kilometers far away) is possible by taxi and by rented or private cars and motorbikes. |
