The beach offers facilities for swimming, sunbathing and sea sports. At the beach of Gouvia you will see the dockyards of the Venetian naval port. |

| Access from the capital (Corfu, 9 kilometers far away) is possible by public buses (the blue ones) with regular service, by taxi and by rented or private cars and motorbikes. Facilities for mooring and supply for yachts are available in the small port in front of the village. |
