Marathonissi is a small, uninhabited island within Laganas bay, opposite to the Lake of Keri. It is overgrown, with a lovely beach with white sand and crystal clear water. As it is part of the Marine Park and one of the shelters of the sea turtle, access is restricted and staying overnight on the islet not allowed.
