The small tourist settlement of Kerveli, surrounding the homonymous beach, is situated at the eastern coast of the island, some 8 kilometers far from the town of Samos at the Southeast. The settlement counts only a few permanent residents, almost all of them living on tourism.

Several alternatives for accommodation are available in the settlement and at the beach, but also in the broader area; the seafront tavern offers full meals, snacks and refreshments.

Swimming is possible both at the beach in front of the settlement and at the neighboring ones.

In case of emergence you have to return to the town of Samos, some 8 kilometers northeastern to the settlement.
